I wrote it for those new to metaphysical knowledge or for those who are still searching for a stronger connection to their soul.

Each chapter is a step needed to finding one's soul. It leads to an understanding of how to begin a spiritual path, and what is required. For those who are serious about finding their soul, the odds are good if they do the work. You don't necessarily have to do the exercises after each chapter, but you will need to understand your ego.

Finding one's soul is about purity of heart and purity of thought. My other books help you to understand this concept. This workbook shows you how to use spiritual practices that lead you to this purity. The soul is pure and innocent, so you have to marginalize your ego so that the soul can be exposed. This is quite possible, but will not happen over night. As I stated previously, it requires work, and persistence in finding it.
